Refund policy

 

We will accept returns within 14 days for a full refund and within 30 days for store credit. Please feel free to reach out to our customer service team to coordinate your return, we will be happy to help.

Returns and exchanges are accepted with the following conditions:

- Full price merchandise only. 

- Returns must be in original condition at the time of return. Item must be returned in original packaging, must not be worn, altered, or washed, and have all original tags still attached. 

- Must be returned within 14 days of receiving items of purchase for a full refund. Must be returned within 30 days for store credit.

- Shoes must be returned in original condition with the original box. Boxes must be protected during the shipping process with no labels affixed to the exterior.

- If you request a return label from us, we will deduct the cost from your refund.

Darlings cannot accept responsibility or provide refunds for delayed or lost packages. If you'd like to purchase insured shipping for your items, please contact us before placing your order. By placing your order, you agree to these terms.
